Folk funeral home was recommended to me by my daughter in law Amy Philbrick to handle and ship the ashes of my stepson (Jacob Philbrick) to Chapel Hill, NC for his final resting place. I live in Arizona and could not have asked for anyone better. They were very courteous, sympathetic, & explained how everything would be handled and went beyond what was expected. Our family is eternally grateful to them.

We would like to thank you all for being there in our times of need over the years. For having great friends and also helping us so much. Some of these times were worse than others. You helped us in everything we needed.We would never not use any other than y’all.!We love you guys! You have made things much easier for us.

I cannot thank you enough for your excellent service, guidance and patience in assisting our family with our Father and Brother's graveside service. Your attention to detail and thoughtfulness of all you provided for us was above and beyond. After arriving home I opened your bag to find so many nice touches, the guest book, a package of thank you notes for me to use, copies of the handouts for the service and even the floral cards for keepsake. You even organized the Honor Guard for the service and took care of all my last minute requests. My family and I truly are so appreciative, we could not have done it without you!

Ronnie, we are so sorry to here about your Mom. You, Bug, your brothers and their families are in our prayers.

Few people can give comfort in your time of loss but that is exactly what the people at Folk Funeral home did for me and my family. We lost my dad and my baby sister within a year of each other and Folk was right there to walk us through every step. They went above and beyond what we expected and our hearts will be eternally grateful to them all!!!

Our sympathy and prayers go to the Marty Shumpert family. Mr Shumpert was always with a smile and helpful to everyone. He was a strong example of how Jesus taught us to live life. He will be missed but his good deeds will never be forgotten.
