I really enjoyed having Andrew in my fifth grade class. He made good grades was very musical, and was polite and respectful. I can still remember how excited he was over the class plays we performed--he really came out of his shell when it came to acting. When it came to prayer time, his family was so important to him--he was always mentioning prayer for dad and mom. Later, in high school, during a chapel I really enjoyed having Andrew in my fifth grade class. He made good grades and was polite and respectful. I can still remember how excited he was over the class plays we performed--he really came out of his shell when it came to acting. When it came to prayer time, his family was so important to him--he was always mentioning prayer for dad and mom. Later, in high school, during a chapel message by my friend Germaine Smith, Andrew stayed after to be counseled by Germaine, and Germaine told me that Andrew made some important decisions for God. Also in high school I was able to coach Andrew in basketball. He wasn't a star player, but he always did exactly what I asked him to do. I always liked the fact that he would help gather up the basketballs and water bottles to help us coaches out after practice or after ball games. He really lead by example. He was serious, but also knew how to have fun. I will always remember his smile and the respect he always showed me.
