Dorothy Louise Stuckey



Funeral services for Dorothy Louise Stevens Stuckey, 75, of Windsor, SC will be held at two o’clock p.m., Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Faith Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church, Blackville, SC with the Reverend Rick Powell officiating; burial will be in the Williston Cemetery. The family will receive friends from five to eight p.m. on Tuesday, November 28th at Folk Funeral Home, Williston, SC. Dorothy received her new heavenly body and her crown on Sunday, November 26, 2017.

Born in Augusta, GA, she was a daughter of the late Jim Stevens and Tessie Renew Stevens and was married to the late Elmer W. Stuckey. She was a member of Faith Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church in Blackville, was a homemaker and previously managed the lunchroom at AGY.

Survivors include her daughters Donna Stuckey (Charles) Grubbs, Sr. of Windsor, Sheran Pressley (Roger) Shrawder of Windsor; sons Charles (Michelle) Stuckey of Aiken; sisters Reba Spivey of Evans, GA, Florence Jones of Augusta, GA, Louise Stevens of Orangeburg; brother Jerry Stevens of Evans, GA; grandchildren Shannon Snyder, Tessa Roberts, George J. Williamson, Laura Walls, Jennifer Williams, Amanda Davenport, Charles E. Grubbs, Jr., Derrick Stuckey, Maegan Stuckey, Brittany Gordon; 22 great grandchildren, 1 great, great grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by sisters Sue Carroll, Helen Dempsy; brothers James Stevens and Dick Stevens.
