Linda (and family).
May God give you the strength to transcend this loss of life at a far too early stage, and may his gentle hand guide you in the days ahead as you lovingly remember the life and legacy of Joe. My deepest respect, sympathy and condolences are extend to you and your family, and to all the many friends Joe has made and lives touched these past seventy seven years. I was honored to have known Joe during my formative years growing and learning in the Hilda/Reedy Branch community.

I wanted to reach out to you during this sad time to offer my condolences. While nothing will completely take away your grief, by meditating on God’s promises found in the Bible, you can find real hope and the strength to keep going. I have found the scripture at Isaiah 25:8 to be especially comforting. Here it promises that God "will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces."

I am sorry to hear of your loss. One of the most difficult things we have to deal with is the death of a loved one. The Bible promise: "God is close to the brokenhearted." It also says; "Throw your burden on God and He will sustain you." (Psalm 34;18 and 55;22) I hope this message offers comfort in your time of sadness.
